Our Mission in Canada

Service

We want the Providence Center to be an oasis where spirituality radiates and a center of intercultural exchange.
Drawing from the Maronite tradition and from the Lebanese patrimony, the Providence Mission favors interactions
between the values of the Orient and the Occident in a world seeking for peace. Providence mission, did not
hesitate to expand their wings in different fields of action such as:

Pastoral Activities

We contribute to the Christian initiation and to the liturgical life ensured by the Maronite Parish of Saint Charbel.

This service, which started in 1983, includes the catechetical formation and other spiritual activities.
The principle pastoral activity consists of religious education (Sunday School) that prepares more than eighty
children and their parents per year for the mysteries of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. We are also
responsible for the parish choir known for its beautiful liturgical hymn.
